Link Case Management Ltd is a specialist company providing experienced and exceptionally competent staff to work with individuals who have suffered neurological and poly-trauma injury. We provide professional, client-focused and high quality interventions which consider the needs and wishes of the client and those important to them, within the instructions received, the available budget, the Mental Capacity Act and relevant social, healthcare and employment laws and standards. We facilitate Best Interest decisions and evidence these processes and consultation with individuals and other professionals. We ensure a collaborative and holistic approach, piecing together all elements of the client’s rehabilitation to provide an accurate reflection of their situation and needs.
With the experience and confidence to address even the most sensitive of issues, we work closely with clients to reassure them and progress their personal situation, placing their needs and wishes at the centre of our discussions. Where there is an ongoing litigation, we support the client through the complexities of the medico-legal process and attend appointments with them or on their behalf.
We have the experience, knowledge and contacts required to recruit and source support staff for clients with a multitude of challenging needs, managing their ongoing employment and input throughout the fluctuating needs of the client.
In recognition of the need for cost containment and reasonable charges, we will travel a maximum of 2 hours one way to see a client. Any shared travel costs savings will be passed on to our clients.
