Gabriella Cussell- Assistant Case Manager
Gabriella joined us in February 2020 as an Assistant Case Manager and has shown that she is an invaluable member of our team. Gabriella graduated in 2014 from Aberystwyth with a degree in Psychology, and then went on to study an MSc in Neuropsychology at Bath Spa University, graduating in 2015.
During her studies she supplemented her education by working as a Brain Injury Support Worker and volunteered at various brain injury charities. After her education she worked full-time in care and progressed to a senior support position, and then a team leader role quite swiftly. Gabriella has skills in team management and organisation. She has a friendly approach, works well under pressure, and is always person-centred in her approach to care.

Gabriella has a strong understanding of the mental, physical, emotional and behavioural effect that this can have on a person and the people closest to them. This has built a strong foundation of empathy and determination in Gabriella’s approach to her career and personal and professional liaisons.
After taking some time off with her two children, she has returned to work as an Assistant Case Manager with LCM Ltd. Gabriella is passionate about brain injury and excels at supporting the case management team, building off of her wealth of experience as a Carer, Support Worker and Team Leader.
